This really depends on how you plan to market the app and use. You can create a mid-level tier in your memberships, and restrict who gets the app. You can leave it open to all members. You can provide it only to challenge members or pt clients. The choice is yours. However, in thecompetitive gym market, we suggest giving it to all your members and focus on getting hrm sales and more personal training as a result.
You can choose to inactivate your member when they leave your club. They will still have paid access to the app if they choose, but they will no longer be attached to your location.
Coupons are redeemable through the app. My account- my subscription. If they have one available, it will show here. They will have to ok billing, but they will not be charged. Here is a pdf–
