‘After the completion of your trial, your subscription will renew at your selected rate Annually ($49.99) or Monthly (5.99) unless or until you cancel in your app store 24 hours prior to your next billing. This information is shown on your app- My Account > My Subscription and includes your renewal date /next billing date.
If you have activated a coupon code, your coupon will start at the end of your 7 day trial. If you have not redeemed another coupon by the end of your coupon period, you will be billed at the monthly rate until you cancel in your appropriate app store.
All plans automatically renew unless cancelled more than 24 hours prior to the next billing/renewal date.
JAMWORKOUT issues refunds on a discretionary basis and as provided by law.
Go to the left side hamburger menu -
My Account >
My Subscription >
Cancel
You will be redirected to the App Store.
YOU MUST CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION IN THE APPLE STORE to stop future billing.
Settings > Profile >Subscriptions >
Select JAM-WORKOUT app.
Then Cancel.
Go to the left side hamburger menu -
My Account >
My Subscription
Cancel
This will cancel your subscription at the end of the latest billing cycle and will not renew.
